This family-owned business is run by Helen Roderick and her son Daniel. Helen has a background in corporate apparel and has successfully built up two women's fashion stores which she sold in 1995. Daniel now runs the day-to-day operations of the business.

From its new showroom in Albany, Awearness is serving a growing number of large corporate clients. But the focus has always been on nurturing relationships with customers and maintaining a very strict quality control process.
